Trends in cross border insolvency law by Professor Christoph Paulus, Professor for Civil Law, Procedural Law, Insolvency Law and ancient Legal History, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Humboldt University; Berlin Consultant to the Worldbank and the International Monetary Fund (both Washington DC)
The lecture will be held in Room S-1.06 (1B.06), King's College London, Strand Campus from18.15 - 20.00 and will be followed by a drinks reception in the large Somerset Room.
