ELSA London is pleased to announce that we are now a local partner of EURODESK.
Eurodesk is currently located in 31 countries and is a network of advisory centres set up to provide information to young people, teachers and youth workers about Europe and European opportunities and resources.
About Eurodesk
Eurodesk aims to help you to get the most out of Europe - to help you find a job abroad, set you up with a volunteer placement or give you all the information you need on studying abroad! This could mean helping you find accommodation in Talin in Estonia, or putting you in touch with a French family looking for an au-pair.
What Makes Eurodesk different?
- Eurodesk is the only European information relay, which is specifically targeted towards young people and those who work with them. Our research and methodologies are orientated towards young people.
- The Eurodesk database contains more than 150 programmes or budgetlines which are relevant to young people, those who work with them and youth organisations. This means that a wide range of questions from young people can be tracked.
- Eurodesk offers free, public enquiry answering services in 31 countries. Eurodesk has more than 800 local relays offering face to face services for young people.
- Eurodesk seeks to help enquirers with basic questions relating to young people with European activities. Eurodesk should be the first port of call - no question is too simple!
